Return & Refund Policy

+1) Right of Withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

+2) Return Process: To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us of their decision to return the goods by sending a clear statement via email to plusvierdreieins@gmail.com within the 14-day period. 

+3) Condition of Goods: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these criteria.

+4) Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

+5) Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

+6) Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including those that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons if unsealed after delivery.
